Where We Are

Our offices are located in the National Register listed Old Federal Building at 295 Water Street in historic downtown Augusta. Our central Maine location in the state’s capital allows us to maintain personal contact with key state regulatory agencies, including the Maine Historic Preservation Commission, and the State Legislature. It also gives us easy access to research facilities including the State Library and Archives, the Maine Historical Society, public libraries in Portland and Bangor, and the Fogler Library’s Special Collections at the University of Maine in Orono.
